4H Participate in research activities as a means to continually improve practice.

CM facilitates and leads projects.
CM participates in projects where available that will improve quality of practice. CM is able to critique a piece of research and comment on its application to individual/agency practice or performance. CM identifies practice issues from the available research and Client outcomes data and disseminates within the agency. CM can give examples of Client outcomes data as a method of improvement in personal practice.
CM does not participate in projects when opportunities are available.
CM is able to critique a piece of research and comment on its application to case management practice.
CM is unable to adequately critique the quality or appropriateness of research to case management practice or performance. CM is unable to demonstrate where practice issues relating to research or Client outcomes data has been shared within the agency.
CM is able to demonstrate improvements in teams/groups of CM’s practice after reviewing Client outcome data.
CM does not demonstrate utilisation of data to improve performance.
CM takes a lead role in a project around practice improvement.
CM uses outcomes data to identify service gaps and inform project ideas.
CM does not reflect on outcome findings to address gaps and trends.
CM can describe how they have incorporated feedback from Clients and current evidence based research and agency data into their own practice.
CM is unable to demonstrate critical analysis of information relating to practice.
