This breathwork script is designed to promote acceptance and sur render, allowing you to release resistance and find peace in the present moment. Sit comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Bring to mind any situations or circumstances that you are strug gling to accept. Inhale deeply through your nose, drawing in feelings of acceptance and surrender. As you exhale slowly through your mouth, release any resistance or attachment to outcomes. Visualize yourself letting go of control and surrendering to the flow of life with each exhale. Continue this acceptance and surrender breathwork for several minutes, allowing yourself to find peace and tranquility within.
