BREATH FOCUS WITH MANTRA

Combining breath focus with a mantra can deepen your meditation practice by providing both a physical and mental anchor. This technique helps to cultivate a sense of inner peace and focus. Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight and shoulders relaxed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle in. Begin by choosing a simple mantra, such as "peace," "calm," or "re lax." As you inhale deeply through your nose, silently repeat your chosen mantra. As you exhale slowly through your mouth, continue to repeat the mantra. Focus on the sound and meaning of the mantra with each breath. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to the breath and the mantra without judgment. Continue this practice for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the mantra and breath to guide you into a deeper state of mindfulness and relaxation.
