BREATH OF AWARENESS

Breath of awareness meditation involves observing the breath without trying to change it. This practice helps to cultivate a non-judg mental awareness of the present moment and can enhance overall mind fulness. Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight and shoulders relaxed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle in. Begin by bringing your attention to the natural rhythm of your breath. Observe the breath as it flows in and out, without trying to change or control it. Notice the sensations of the breath entering and leaving your body. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to the breath without judgment. Continue this practice for 10 to 15 minutes, maintaining a gentle, open awareness of each breath. This practice can help to cultivate mind fulness and promote a sense of inner peace and acceptance.
