Step 4.2: Engage Your Senses Visualize the details of your chosen location using all of your senses: Sight: What colors do you see? Are there vibrant flowers, calming blue skies, or soft lighting? What objects are around you? Are there comfortable furniture, beautiful plants, or soothing decor? Sound: What sounds do you hear? Is there gentle music, birds singing, waves crashing, or leaves rustling in the wind? Smell: What scents are in the air? Do you smell fresh flowers, salty sea air, or the comforting aroma of a favorite food? Touch: What textures can you feel? Are you sitting on a soft blanket, feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin, or the cool grass beneath your feet? Taste: If relevant, what can you taste? Perhaps the taste of fresh fruit, a warm drink, or the refreshing coolness of water.
