Step 9: Reflect on the Dialogue After completing the dialogue, take some time to reflect on the
conversation. Consider the following questions: What new insights did you gain about this part?
How did the part respond to the open-ended questions? What steps can you take to address the part's needs and concerns? Step 10: Acknowledge and Appreciate Acknowledge the effort and courage it took for the part to communicate with you. Appreciate the connection you have made and commit to continuing this practice to deepen your understanding and support for your parts. Step 11: Repeat with Other Parts Repeat this exercise with different parts of your internal system whenever you feel the need to connect, understand, or support them. Each session can provide new insights and strengthen your internal harmony.
