Step 9: Reflect on the Visualization After completing the visualization, take some time to reflect on the experience. In your journal, write down any insights, feelings, or realizations that came up during the exercise. Consider the following questions: How did the part respond to the safe space? What elements of the safe space were particularly comforting for the part? How can you use this safe space visualization in times of distress? Step 10: Create Safe Spaces for Other Parts Repeat this exercise with different parts of your internal system whenever you feel the need to create a safe and comforting environment for them. Each part may have different needs and preferences for their safe space.
