BOX BREATHING FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT

This breathwork script guides individuals through a structured breathing technique known as box breathing to help manage pain and promote relaxation. Find a comfortable seated or lying position. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into relaxation. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four. Hold your breath for a count of four, feeling a sense of stillness and calmness. Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for a count of four, releasing any tension or discomfort. Hold your breath out for a count of four, allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation. Continue this box breathing pattern for several cycles, allowing yourself to synchronize your breath with the counting. With each cycle, feel yourself becoming more grounded and centered, easing any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing.
