Now, visualize a peaceful scene in your mind. It could be a serene beach, a tranquil forest, or a cozy cabin in the mountains. Picture your self in this scene, feeling completely at ease. As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine any areas of pain or dis comfort as dark clouds hovering over you. With each exhale, visualize these clouds dissipating, replaced by clear skies and sunshine. Focus on the sensation of relaxation spreading through your body with each breath. Imagine each inhale bringing in fresh, healing energy, and each exhale carrying away any pain or tension. Continue this visualization for several minutes, allowing yourself to immerse fully in the experience. Feel yourself becoming more relaxed and at peace with each breath.
