This breathwork script utilizes guided visualization to help individu als manage pain by redirecting their focus and promoting relaxation.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Imagine yourself in a peaceful place—a beach, a forest, or a cozy room. As you breathe deeply, envision a ball of warm, healing light sur rounding the area of pain in your body. With each inhale, feel the light growing brighter and more intense. With each exhale, imagine it penet rating deeper into the affected area, soothing and healing. Visualize the light melting away any tension, discomfort, or inflam mation. Feel a sense of relief and comfort spreading through your body with each breath. Continue this visualization for several minutes, allowing yourself to fully immerse in the healing energy of the light. Notice any changes in sensation or discomfort as you focus on relaxation and relief.
