GROUNDING BREATHWORK FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT

This breathwork script helps individuals manage pain by fostering a sense of grounding and stability through the breath.

Find a comfortable seated or lying position. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Imagine roots extending from the base of your spine, reaching down into the earth below you. With each inhale, imagine drawing up nourishing energy from the earth through these roots. As you exhale slowly and completely, imagine any pain or discom fort flowing down through the roots, returning to the earth to be trans formed. Continue this grounding breathwork, feeling yourself connected to the earth and supported by its steady presence. With each breath, feel a sense of stability and strength growing within you, easing any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing.
