ALTERNATE NOSTRIL BREATHING FOR PAIN RELIEF
This breathwork script guides individuals through alternate nostril breathing, a technique that helps balance the body's energy and alleviate pain. Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight. Close your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale deeply through your left nostril. Close your left nostril with your ring finger, and exhale slowly and completely through your right nostril. Inhale deeply through your right nostril, then close it with your right thumb and exhale through your left nostril. Continue this alternate nostril breathing pattern, inhaling and exhal ing through one nostril at a time. With each breath, feel a sense of bal ance and harmony flowing through your body, easing any pain or dis comfort you may be experiencing. Continue this breathwork for several minutes, allowing yourself to fully experience the calming and balancing effects of alternate nostril breathing.
