PRENATAL RELAXATION
This breathwork script is tailored for pregnant individuals to pro mote relaxation, reduce stress, and foster a connection with their grow ing baby. Find a comfortable seated position or recline on your side, supporting your body with pillows as needed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a comfortable position. Place one hand on your belly and the other on your chest. Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your belly to rise as you fill your lungs with air. Feel your chest gently rise as you continue to inhale. Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth, allowing your belly to fall as you release the breath. Feel a sense of relaxation spread ing throughout your body with each exhale. Continue this deep belly breathing for several minutes, allowing yourself to surrender to the rhythm of your breath. Visualize each in hale nourishing your baby with love and peace, and each exhale releasing any tension or stress.
