This breathwork script is designed to support postnatal individuals in their healing journey, promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and emo tional well-being. Find a comfortable seated position or recline on your side, supporting your body with pillows as needed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a relaxed state. Place one hand on your heart center and the other on your belly. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your belly expand with air as you fill your lungs. Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth, feeling a sense of release and letting go with each breath. Allow any tension or emo tions to melt away with each exhale. Continue this deep breathing for several minutes, allowing yourself to surrender to the healing power of your breath. Visualize each inhale bringing renewal and vitality to your body, and each exhale carrying away any pain or discomfort.
