PRENATAL BONDING BREATH
This breathwork script focuses on fostering a deep connection between the pregnant individual and their baby, promoting bonding, re laxation, and emotional well-being. Find a comfortable seated position or recline on your side, supporting your body with pillows as needed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a comfortable position. Place both hands on your belly, gently cradling your baby. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your belly rise as you fill your lungs with air. Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth, feeling a sense of connection and love flowing between you and your baby with each breath. Visualize your breath reaching your baby and wrapping them in a warm embrace. Continue this deep breathing for several minutes, allowing yourself to fully connect with your baby. Feel the bond between you growing stronger with each inhale and exhale.
