CONNECTION BREATH

This breathwork script encourages both prenatal and postnatal indi viduals to cultivate a deep connection with themselves and their baby, fostering a sense of peace, joy, and harmony. Find a comfortable seated position or recline on your side, supporting your body with pillows as needed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a relaxed state. Place one hand on your heart center and the other on your belly. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your belly rise as you fill your lungs with air. As you exhale slowly and completely through your mouth, envision a radiant light connecting you and your baby. Feel the warmth and love flowing between you with each breath. Continue this connection breath for several minutes, allowing your self to fully embrace the bond between you and your baby. Visualize each inhale strengthening this connection, and each exhale deepening your sense of unity and love.
