SHOULDER ROLL BREATHING

Combining breathwork with gentle shoulder rolls can help release physical tension and promote relaxation. This technique is particularly effective for relieving stress that accumulates in the shoulders and neck. Sit comfortably with your spine straight and shoulders relaxed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle in. Inhale deeply through your nose, and as you do, gently lift your shoulders up towards your ears. Hold the breath for a moment, feeling the tension in your shoulders. As you exhale slowly through your mouth, roll your shoulders back and down, releasing the tension and allowing them to relax fully. Continue this pattern for 5 to 10 minutes, coordinating your breath with the movement of your shoulders. Inhale and lift, hold briefly, then exhale and roll back and down. Focus on the sensation of release with each exhale, allowing any accumulated stress to melt away.
