DEEP BELLY BREATHING
Deep belly breathing combined with positive affirmations can be a powerful way to reduce stress and promote a positive mindset. This practice can help reinforce a sense of calm and well-being. Sit comfortably with your spine straight or lie down in a relaxed posi tion. Place one hand on your belly and the other on your chest. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle in. Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your belly to rise and ex pand fully. As you exhale slowly through your mouth, think or say a pos itive affirmation, such as "I am calm," "I am at peace," or "I release all stress." Continue this pattern for 5 to 10 minutes, focusing on the rise and fall of your belly and the repetition of your affirmations. Allow each breath and affirmation to reinforce a sense of calm and relaxation in your mind and body. This practice can help to shift your mindset and reduce stress.
