Continue this pattern of alternate nostril breathing for 5 to 10 minutes. Inhale through the left nostril, visualizing the light and calm en tering your body. Exhale through the right nostril, releasing tension. Then, inhale through the right nostril, filling your body with light and calm. Exhale through the left nostril, letting go of any remaining stress. Focus on the rhythm of your breath and the imagery of the calming light. Allow the visualization to deepen your sense of relaxation and in ner peace. If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to the breath and the soothing light. This practice can help balance your mind and body, reducing stress and promoting a profound sense of tranquility.
