DYNAMIC BREATHWORK
A dynamic breathwork sequence involves a series of movements synchronized with deep breathing to energize the body and mind. This practice can help to stimulate circulation and boost vitality. Begin standing with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and shoulders relaxed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle in. Start with an inhale through your nose while raising your arms over head. As you exhale through your mouth, bend forward at the waist, al lowing your arms to sweep down toward the floor. Inhale as you rise back to standing, bringing your arms back overhead. Next, step your right foot back into a lunge position, inhaling as you reach your arms up. Exhale as you bring your hands down to frame your front foot, stepping back into a plank position. Hold for a breath, then exhale as you lower your body to the ground. Inhale as you lift into a gentle cobra pose, opening your chest. Ex hale as you push back into downward-facing dog. Take a few breaths here, then step forward to return to standing, repeating the sequence on the other side. Continue this sequence for 5 to 10 minutes, focusing on the syn chronization of breath and movement. This practice can help to awaken your body, stimulate circulation, and increase your overall energy.
