SUN BREATH
Sun Breath is a technique that uses the imagery of the sun’s energy to invigorate the body and mind. Sit comfortably with your spine straight and shoulders relaxed, or stand with your feet hip-width apart. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle in. As you inhale deeply through your nose, imagine drawing the sun’s energy into your body, filling your lungs and spreading warmth and light throughout your entire being. Hold the breath for a moment, feeling the energy and vitality. Exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension or fatigue. Continue this pattern for 5 to 10 minutes, focusing on the visualization of the sun’s energy entering your body with each breath. Allow the warmth and light to invigorate your body and mind, pro moting a sense of vitality and alertness. This practice can help to boost your energy levels and enhance your overall well-being.
