PRE-WORKOUT BREATHWORK
This pre-workout breathwork script aims to increase oxygen intake and boost energy levels, preparing your body for physical activity.
Stand or sit comfortably with your spine straight. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle in. Begin with a few rounds of deep, rapid breaths known as "Breath of Fire." Inhale quickly and forcefully through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Exhale quickly and forcefully through your nose, pushing the air out forcefully. Continue this rapid breathing for 30 seconds to 1 minute, focusing on the energizing sensation. After the rapid breathing, take a deep inhale through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold the breath for a few seconds, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this cycle three times. The Breath of Fire can help to increase oxygen intake, boost energy levels, and prepare your body for a vigorous workout.
