This breathwork script is tailored for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions, maximizing performance and recovery through con trolled breath. Begin with a brief warm-up to prepare your body for the intense inter vals ahead. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center your self. As you start the first interval, inhale deeply through your nose to prepare for the effort. Exhale forcefully through your mouth as you ex ert maximum effort during each high-intensity interval. During the recovery periods, focus on slowing down your breath and allowing your heart rate to lower. Inhale deeply to replenish oxygen stores, and exhale slowly to release tension and fatigue. Continue alternating between intense effort and recovery, regulating your breath to match the intensity of each interval. Stay present and fo cused, using your breath as a tool to optimize performance and recovery.
