SWIMMING BREATH

This breathwork script is designed to improve swimming technique and efficiency by synchronizing breath with stroke rhythm.

Start by floating in the water and taking a few deep breaths to relax and center yourself. Begin swimming with a focus on rhythm and coordina tion between breath and stroke. Inhale deeply through your mouth or nose as your arm extends forward and enters the water. Exhale slowly and steadily through your mouth or nose as your arm pulls back and propels you forward. Coordinate your breath with each stroke, ensuring a smooth and continuous rhythm. Inhale on one side as your head turns to the side for a breath, and exhale underwater as your head returns to the neutral posi tion. Focus on maintaining a relaxed and efficient breathing pattern, al lowing your breath to guide the flow and rhythm of your swimming.
