CROSSFIT WOD BREATH
This breathwork script is tailored for CrossFit workouts, optimizing performance and recovery during high-intensity functional training.
Begin with a brief warm-up to prepare your body for the demands of the workout. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. As you start each movement or exercise, synchronize your breath with the effort. Inhale deeply through your nose to prepare for the movement, and exhale forcefully through your mouth as you exert max imum effort. During rest periods or transitions between exercises, focus on slow ing down your breath and allowing your heart rate to lower. Inhale deeply to replenish oxygen stores, and exhale slowly to release tension and fatigue. Continue to regulate your breath throughout the entire CrossFit workout, using it as a tool to optimize performance and recovery. Stay present and focused, allowing your breath to guide you through each movement and challenge.
