CENTERING BREATH SCRIPT

This breathwork script is designed to bring your focus and attention to the present moment, allowing you to center yourself and enhance concentration. Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into the present moment. Inhale deeply through your nose, drawing in energy and awareness. As you exhale slowly through your mouth, release any distractions or thoughts that may be pulling you away from the present moment. Continue this centering breath for several cycles, allowing yourself to let go of anything that is not serving your focus and concentration. Feel yourself becoming more grounded and centered with each breath.
