VISUALIZATION FOR FOCUS
This breathwork script incorporates visualization to enhance focus and concentration.
Sit comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a re laxed state. Visualize a symbol or image that represents focus and concentration to you. It could be a candle flame, a glowing sphere of light, or a serene mountain peak. As you continue to breathe deeply and evenly, immerse yourself in this visualization. Notice the details of your chosen symbol or image, al lowing it to fill your mind's eye. With each inhale, imagine drawing in the energy and essence of your chosen symbol or image. With each exhale, release any distractions or thoughts that may be pulling you away from your center. Continue this visualization for several minutes, allowing yourself to become fully absorbed in the experience. Feel yourself becoming more focused and attentive with each breath.
