FOREST VISUALIZATION

This breathwork script incorporates visualization of a forest to en hance focus and concentration.

Sit comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a re laxed state. Visualize yourself standing at the edge of a serene forest. Notice the lush greenery and towering trees surrounding you. With each inhale, imagine drawing in the peace and tranquility of the forest. With each exhale, release any mental clutter or distractions, allowing them to dissolve like leaves carried away by the wind. Allow the forest to be a sanctuary of calm and focus. Embrace the sense of grounding and clarity that arises with each breath. Continue this forest visualization for several minutes, allowing your self to become fully absorbed in the experience. Feel yourself becoming more centered and attentive with each breath.
