TRIANGLE BREATHING
This breathwork script utilizes triangle breathing to regulate your breath and enhance focus and concentration.
Sit comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a re laxed state. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of three, feeling your lungs fill with air. Hold your breath for a count of three, allowing your self to pause and center your focus. Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for a count of three, releasing any tension or distractions. Hold your breath out for a count of three, maintaining a sense of calm and focus. Continue this triangle breathing pattern for several cycles, allowing yourself to synchronize your breath with your focus. Feel yourself be coming more centered and attentive with each breath.
