Step 5: Reflect on the Meditation After completing the meditation, take some time to reflect on your experience. In your journal, write down any insights, feelings, or messages that came up during the meditation. Consider the following questions: What did you learn about the part you met? How did the part respond to your presence and questions? What needs or requests did the part express? How can you integrate this experience into your daily life? Step 6: Acknowledge and Appreciate Acknowledge the effort and courage it took for the part to communicate with you. Appreciate the connection you have made and commit to continuing this practice to deepen your understanding and support for your parts. Step 7: Repeat as Needed You can repeat this guided meditation with different parts of your internal system whenever you feel the need to connect, understand, or support them. Each meditation can provide new insights and strengthen your internal harmony.
