• The CCM™ has demonstrated a commitment to continuing education and examination to stay at the forefront of their specialist profession; • The CCMTL holder has taken an oath to commit and adhere to the values, principles, ethical practice and professional conduct of the National Code of Ethics of Case Management; • The CCMTML holder has the foundational platform to comply with the minimum practice standard (benchmark) of case management in accordance with the National Standards of Practice for Case Management; and • The CCMTML holder has made a commitment to upholding and contributing to the veracity, integrity and fidelity of the profession of case management. REGISTRATION OF USE As a Certified Case Manager™, the use of the CCMTML is an important tool in marketing oneself and services as a case management practitioner or professional. A Certified Practising Case Manager™ or Certified Case Manager (Non Practising)™ may register for any, or all, of the following uses of the CCMTML:

(a) Brochure / flyer

(g) PowerPoint presentations

(b) Business card

(h) Reports

(c) Door decals / stickers

(i) Social media (Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn)

(d) Email signature

(j) Stationary / letterheads & related materials

(e) Listing in public directory

(k) Website

(f) Office signage

All Certified Case Managers™ must register with the CMSA using the online Certified Case Manager Trade Mark Logo (CCMTML) Registration form in order to receive a CCMTML licence and the associated authorisation to access and use the CCMTML. Use of the CCMTL is prohibited by a Certified Case Manager™ (CCM) who has not registered with the CMSA and entered into an agreement with the CMSA to abide by the CCMTML Guidelines and Terms and Conditions of Use.

The CCMTML is for individual use only and is not available to groups and/or organisations.

By submitting a CCMTML online registration to the CMSA the CCM™ agrees to abide by all clauses as outlined within the CCMTML Terms and Conditions.
