PRENATAL GROUNDING

This breathwork script focuses on grounding and centering the pregnant individual, providing stability and support during the trans formative journey of pregnancy. Find a comfortable seated position or recline on your side, supporting your body with pillows as needed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a relaxed state. Imagine roots extending from the base of your spine, reaching down into the earth below you. Inhale deeply through your nose, draw ing up nourishing energy from the earth through these roots. As you exhale slowly and completely through your mouth, feel any tension or anxiety draining away from your body, grounding you in the present moment. Visualize yourself anchored to the earth like a sturdy tree. Continue this grounding breath for several minutes, allowing your self to deepen your connection with the earth. Feel a sense of stability and support flowing through you with each inhale and exhale.
