POSTNATAL SELF-COMPASSION BREATH

This breathwork script encourages postnatal individuals to practice self-compassion and self-care, fostering emotional healing and resilience during the postpartum period. Find a comfortable seated position or recline on your side, supporting your body with pillows as needed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a relaxed state. Place one hand on your heart center and the other on your belly. Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your belly and heart to ex pand with love and compassion. As you exhale slowly and completely through your mouth, offer yourself words of kindness and reassurance. Acknowledge any chal lenges or difficulties you may be facing, and offer yourself the same compassion you would give to a dear friend. Continue this self-compassion breath for several minutes, allowing yourself to receive the love and support you deserve. Feel a sense of warmth and tenderness spreading throughout your body with each in hale and exhale.
