RELEASE BREATH
This breathwork script guides both prenatal and postnatal individu als through a practice of releasing tension and stress stored in the body, promoting physical and emotional well-being. Find a comfortable seated position or recline on your side, supporting your body with pillows as needed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a relaxed state. As you inhale deeply through your nose, bring your awareness to any areas of tension or discomfort in your body. Visualize these areas becoming tense and contracted as you hold your breath. As you exhale slowly and completely through your mouth, release any tension or tightness stored in these areas. Feel a sense of relief and ease spreading through your body with each exhale. Continue this release breath for several minutes, allowing yourself to let go of any physical or emotional baggage you may be carrying. Feel yourself becoming lighter and freer with each inhale and exhale.
