GENTLE SIGHING BREATH
Gentle sighing breath involves taking a deep breath and releasing it with a sigh. Lie down comfortably on your back with your arms at your sides and your legs slightly apart. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle in. Begin by inhaling deeply through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth with a gentle sigh, allowing your body to relax as you release the breath. Continue this pattern, focusing on the sensation of release and relaxation with each sigh. Repeat this practice for 5 to 10 minutes, or until you feel ready to drift off to sleep.
