INTERVAL TRAINING BREATH

This breathwork script is designed to enhance performance during interval training by regulating breath and maintaining focus.

Stand or sit comfortably with your spine straight. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle in. Begin by inhaling deeply through your nose for a count of three, filling your lungs completely. Exhale forcefully through your mouth for a count of three, pushing all the air out. Continue this pattern for the duration of your interval, focusing on maintaining a steady, even breath rhythm. During the rest period, switch to a slower breath: Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four, hold the breath for a count of four, and exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of six. Repeat this cycle until your next interval begins. The regulated breathing can help to maintain focus, increase oxygen intake, and improve overall performance during interval training.
