MANTRA BREATHING

This breathwork script incorporates the repetition of a mantra to enhance focus and concentration.

Sit comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a re laxed state. Choose a word or phrase that resonates with you, such as "peace," "calm," or "focus." As you inhale deeply through your nose, silently re peat your chosen mantra in your mind. As you exhale slowly through your mouth, continue to repeat your mantra. Allow the rhythm of your breath and the repetition of your mantra to anchor you in the present moment. If your mind starts to wander, gently guide your attention back to your breath and your mantra without judgment. Allow each inhale and exhale to deepen your focus and concentration. Continue this mantra breathing practice for several minutes, allow ing yourself to become fully absorbed in the rhythm of your breath and the repetition of your mantra. Feel yourself becoming more centered and attentive with each repetition.
