FOCUS ON THE BREATH

This breathwork script directs your attention solely to the breath, fostering deep focus and concentration.

Sit comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a re laxed state. Focus your attention on the sensation of your breath as it enters and exits your nostrils. Notice the temperature and texture of the air as it passes through your nose. With each inhale, feel the coolness of the air entering your nostrils. With each exhale, feel the warmth as it exits. Allow the breath to be your sole point of focus, letting go of any distractions or thoughts. If your mind starts to wander, gently guide your attention back to your breath without judgment. Allow each inhale and exhale to anchor you in the present moment, deepening your focus and concentration. Continue this breath-focused meditation for several minutes, allow ing yourself to become fully absorbed in the rhythm of your breath. Feel yourself becoming more centered and attentive with each breath.
