BREATH & BODY AWARENESS

This breathwork script combines breath awareness with body scan ning to enhance focus and concentration.

Sit comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a re laxed state. Bring your attention to your breath, noticing the rise and fall of your abdomen with each inhale and exhale. Allow your breath to be come slow, deep, and rhythmic. As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your awareness to your body. Starting from your head, scan down through your body, noticing any areas of tension or discomfort. With each inhale, direct your breath to any areas of tension, allow ing them to soften and release. With each exhale, feel a sense of relaxa tion and ease spreading throughout your body. Continue this breath and body awareness practice for several minutes, allowing yourself to deepen your focus and concentration with each breath. Feel yourself becoming more centered and attentive as you connect with your breath and body.
