GROUNDING BREATH
This breathwork script focuses on grounding your energy to en hance focus and concentration.
Sit comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a re laxed state. Visualize roots extending from the base of your spine, anchoring you to the earth below. With each inhale, imagine drawing up nourishing energy from the earth through these roots. As you exhale, release any excess energy or distractions down through the roots, allowing them to be absorbed by the earth. Feel your self becoming more grounded and centered with each breath. Continue this grounding breathwork for several minutes, allowing yourself to deepen your connection with the earth. Feel yourself becom ing more focused and attentive as you anchor your energy and attention in the present moment.
