CANDLE GAZING

This breathwork script guides you through a candle gazing medita tion to enhance focus and concentration.

Sit comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees. Place a lit candle at eye level in front of you. Gaze softly at the flame of the candle, allowing your eyes to relax and your breath to become steady. Notice the flickering of the flame and the play of light and shadow. As you continue to gaze at the candle flame, bring your attention to your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, drawing in focus and clar ity. Exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension or distrac tions. Allow the candle flame to be the focal point of your awareness, an choring you in the present moment. If your mind starts to wander, gently guide your attention back to the flame and your breath. Continue this candle gazing meditation for several minutes, allowing yourself to become fully absorbed in the experience. Feel yourself be coming more centered and attentive with each breath.
