OCEAN BREATH

This breathwork script utilizes the ocean breath, or Ujjayi Pranayama, to enhance focus and concentration.

Sit comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to settle into a re laxed state. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs completely with air. As you exhale, constrict the back of your throat slightly to create a gentle "ocean" sound, like the sound of waves breaking on the shore. Continue this ocean breath, maintaining a smooth and steady rhythm. With each inhale, draw in focus and clarity. With each exhale, release any mental clutter or distractions. Allow the soothing sound of the ocean breath to anchor you in the present moment, deepening your focus and concentration with each cycle of breath.
